Review:Scorpion

Creator: Nick Santora

Actors: Elyes Gabel, Katharine McPhee, Eddie Kaye Thomas, Jadyn Wong, Ari Stidham, Robert Patrick, Riley B. Smith

This one, despite it having a bunch of genius characters who are social  misfits never really made me like it.
Solely owing to the fact that i don’t envy them. This intelligence, nerdiness and geekiness that women now find slightly more attractive than they used to is just wasted on them.
One has a gambling problem and is obsessively in love with the girl in the group. Then the girl in the group has a lot of trust and daddy issues.  The kilo mate *he is clearly heavier* of mine has a million and one phobias to conquer with a child like persona. While the main character with an IQ of 193 cannot for the love of science, girls and being human figure out his feelings for the girl of his dreams who is literally right in front of him,a fact that we all can see from season 1, thus….  Yes i said thus….  Thus forcing us to watch one more season of it before he hooks up with the mother of child who has shown signs of being smarter than him.
Using the overly predictable and repetitive format of setting off to have fun or being normal (in the genius sense) followed by a two fold scheme that shortens the time that they have to solve a problem.
Their child like personalities make the ‘baby’ geniuses are not too bad on screen with interesting missions that even a child would tell you will most likely never ever happen in real life but surprisingly enjoyable to watch.

However a point to note every episode that has Africa involved in it somehow, they have either a dictator or really poor people or a world of violence which is really not true. Their depiction of Africa and other nationals really makes me find it an ignorant series trying to be smart.
with a rating of 7.2 on IMDb People seem like it. Me? i find it slightly overrated.

Noooooo, you cant have hated it that much, and i don’t think they are cute, but yes they are babies and underrate Africa.i think this show is mainly for those people who are sidelined in society because they are genius weirdos. they feel like they is some sort of entertainment outlet that understand who they are, they are the ones who rate it 7.8 or whatever. They (We), don’t want to always see these hot unrealistic people on tv that we’ll never see ourselves be like them in real life.
